1. Who can use Jodivio
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age where you live.
- You must be legally able to marry and looking for a genuine, marriage-minded relationship.
- You must not have been removed from Jodivio before.
- Registration is open country by country; you may use Jodivio only where it is offered.
2. Your account
You sign in with a phone number or email address and a one-time code. Keep your phone and email secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Your profile must be truthful and about you. One account per person.
3. Respectful conduct
When using Jodivio you must not:
- Harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone.
- Impersonate someone, use photos that are not of you, or misrepresent your marital status.
- Ask for money, run scams, advertise or promote other services.
- Share sexual content, or any content involving minors.
- Share another member’s information or messages outside Jodivio without consent.
- Use bots, scrape the service or interfere with its security.
We may review reported content, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.
4. Content you share
You keep ownership of your photos and text. You give Jodivio permission to store and show them to other members as part of the service. You can delete them at any time.
5. Premium subscriptions
- Premium is sold through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- You can cancel at any time in your store account; Premium continues until the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google — see our refund policy.
6. Safety
Jodivio offers verification, blocking and reporting tools, but we cannot guarantee anyone’s identity or intentions. Take care when meeting someone, meet in public places and never send money to someone you have not met. Read our safety advice in the Journal.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Jodivio is provided “as is”. We do not promise that you will find a partner, and we are not responsible for how members behave on or off the platform. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the app before they take effect.
