30-day grace period
After you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. You can cancel the request any time during this window. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Delete your account.
You can delete your Jodivio account at any time. Here is exactly what happens, and how to request deletion if you cannot access the app.
What is deleted
Your profile, photos, verification selfies, matches, messages, preferences, and all other personal data are permanently erased from our systems when the grace period ends.
What is retained
Anonymised audit records (with no personal content) may be kept for legal compliance and safety purposes. These records cannot be used to identify you.
Fastest way: delete in the app
If you still have access to the Jodivio app, the quickest way to delete your account is:
- Open the app and tap the Profile tab (bottom right)
- Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete account
- Check the confirmation box and tap Schedule account deletion
Your profile is hidden immediately. Your account and all data are permanently deleted after 30 days. To cancel before then, simply log back in and tap Keep my account.
