Our standards
- Adults only. Every member must be at least 18, or the higher legal age in their country. Date of birth is checked during sign-up, and accounts that do not meet the age requirement cannot continue.
- Zero tolerance. Any content, message or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers children is prohibited. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and trafficking.
- Immediate action. Accounts involved are removed and permanently banned. Relevant evidence is preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities, such as national child-protection hotlines and law enforcement, as required by law.
- Prevention by design. Only mutually connected members can message each other, photos can be reviewed by our moderation team, and members can block and report at any time.
How to report a concern
- In the app: open the profile or message and choose Report → “Underage user”, or the reason that fits best. Reports are reviewed by our team.
- By email: write to our child-safety contact at safety@jodivio.com.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or police straight away.

Jodivio’s child-safety point of contact can be reached at safety@jodivio.com. We respond to child-safety reports as a priority and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
Compliance
We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the countries where Jodivio is offered, and with the child-safety requirements of the app stores that distribute our apps.
